The breakfast was good and had lots of food. I booked a triple room with satellite television, climate control, and a refrigerator. The location was good and absolutely perfect, relatively near Sapporo Clock Tower.

This was my nice stay during winter time. The room for 3 beds. The staff, everyone, was very welcoming and fairly friendly. The hotel had favourable and excellent location not far from Restaurant, Odori Park, Sapporo Station and shopping street and the center. I didn't expect to find Umi Hachikyo Honten close by, but really enjoyed it and had a few meals.

This hotel was a great find for my one night stay in February. The rooms were clean and modern, with typical Japanese size, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, being right next to a subway station and within walking distance to the majority of the city's nightlife and shopping street. The staff provided excellent service, with nice thoughtful extras in the room, such as air conditioning and basic amenities. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, both Japanese and western.
All was good, no complaints.
